Dear friends

Have you ever tried my soup recipes? They’re honestly good enough to convert even the most reluctant eaters, and most of them make the most of the delicious seasonal vegetables.

There are also the little sweet treats that bring confort, brighten up holiday tables, and make wonderful gifts for our loved ones. A family cooking session – for example, baking Christmas cookies with children in a joyful, lighthearted atmosphere – has a special kind of charm. An then there are the traditions passed down from generation to generation: slow-cooked stews, Savoyard fondue, gravlax, two-chocolate Charlotte, crème caramel…

To savor the moment, to share it with friends while listening to a favorite playlist, to try something new, to discover the virtue of patience in the kitchen ; I hope you’ll have the chance to enjoy all of this very soon.
