What you need in your cupboard.

What you have in your cupboard changes, of course, according to the season. But with just the things listed here you can make absolutely stellar food. Zone everything in separate areas to make it easier for you to see and use them efficiently. Personally, I put it all out maybe four times a year, have a clean, and make sure I’m not missing anything hidden in the back.

 SPICES :

  • sea salt

  • vinegars : red wine, cider, balsamic
  • rice vinegar
  • moutarde fine et forte
  • Dijon mustard

  • nutmeg
  • Za’atar
  • curry powder
  • soy sauce
  • a small piece of ginger root
  • nuts, seeds and dry fruits
  • datte syrup
  • coconut milk

BAKING SUPPLIES :

  • honey
  • light brown sugar
  • vanilla
  • yeast
  • black chocolate for cooking
  • cornstarch
  • crème fraîche

AND  :

  • onions
  • stock cubes (roasted chicken & beef flavor)

  • dry pasta

  • tuna
  • sardines in organic extra virgin oil
