Without several hours of resting time, the flavors will be less pronounced, but the visual effect will still be just as pretty.

Ingredients
  • 2 liters of spring water
  • 100 g of strawberries, hulled, ripe
  • 3 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 100 g of cucumber
Directions
  • Step 1 Start by washing all the ingredients. Cut the strawberries in halves or quarters depending on their size.
  • Step 2 Slice the cucumber into thin slices using a vegetable peeler or mandoline. Place all the ingredients into a transparent glass pitcher, pour in the water, cover, and refrigerate for 10 to 12 hours.
  • Step 3 Serve the drink chilled with a straw and consume it within a few hours. The mixture can be reused for several hours—just replace the mint leaves when they turn brown and refill the pitcher with water.

Good to know!

I’ve tried replacing the cucumber with watermelon, it was great. Sliced kiwi instead of strawberries also works well and looks just as beautiful!
