It’s the perfect dessert if you like “simple to make” and impressive dishes. For a colorful set, serve with blueberries or raspberries on top.
Iced lime soufflé by Frederique
This chilled dessert is a killer.
- 20 cl of single cream
- 4 to 5 egg whites
- 100gr caster sugar
- zests of 3 limes
- 1dl of lime juice
- Step 1 Whip the single cream into a whip cream. And set it aside in a bowl.
- Step 2 Beat the egg whites and add the sugar when almost stiff. Gently mix the whip cream, the egg whites, the lime juice and the zests.
- Step 3 Pour this preparation in a large serving dish or in individual glasses and place in the freezer three hours before serving.
