This is the perfect recipe for a birthday party or a lunch box. It is best baked one or two days before eating.

I have baked this recipe for my friends and family for the past 25 years. It is with a nostalgic enthusiasm that I would like to share it with you.

Ingredients
  • 100 gr salted butter (my favorite is Nestlé's)
  • 100 gr dark chocolate
  • 50 gr flour
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 3 eggs
Directions
  • Step 1 Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler and gently stir. Add the flour. Pre-heat your oven to 180°.Thoroughly mix the sugar and the eggs until the preparation turns foamy and light yellow. Gently add the beaten egg /sugar preparation to the chocolate you have melted with the butter. Mix it all delicately.
  • Step 2 Pour the batter in a dish covered with baking paper or in individual silicon moulds. Bake 20 to 30 minutes when in a pan or 10 to 20 minutes if in small cups. Let it cool off and if you can, wait a day or two before eating.
