Without several hours of resting time, the flavors will be less pronounced, but the visual effect will still be just as pretty.
Ingredients
- 2 liters of spring water
- 100 g of strawberries, hulled, ripe
- 3 sprigs of fresh mint
- 100 g of cucumber
Directions
- Step 1 Start by washing all the ingredients. Cut the strawberries in halves or quarters depending on their size.
- Step 2 Slice the cucumber into thin slices using a vegetable peeler or mandoline. Place all the ingredients into a transparent glass pitcher, pour in the water, cover, and refrigerate for 10 to 12 hours.
- Step 3 Serve the drink chilled with a straw and consume it within a few hours. The mixture can be reused for several hours—just replace the mint leaves when they turn brown and refill the pitcher with water.
