I personally love this dessert!


  • 1 kg Reinettes apples
  • 1 kg ripe pears
  • 500 g large red or white seedless grapes
  • 200 g caster sugar
  • 1 clove
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 2 dl of water
  • 1 organic lemon
  • Step 1 Grate the lemon zest and set aside. Rinse the grapes, pat dry and pick the grains. If any, remove the seeds as much as possible. Set aside. Press the lemon juice and pour it in a pan with a thick bottom. Peel the apples and the pears, remove the cores. Cut them in large chunks or thick slices and add them to the pan. Mix with the lemon juice. Add the zest, the sugar, the nutmeg, the cinnamon, the water, and the clove. Heat-up on low for about 25 minutes, do not cover the pan. Add the grapes for the pleasant juicy and crunchy sensation. Remove the clove before serving in an elegant saucer and
  • Step 2 Serve cold or at room temperature.
