The only difficulty here lies in choosing the right pineapple: it should be heavier and more aromatic than the other pineapples of the same size. Take a closer look and make sure that the leaves are fresh and green and its sides bulging.
- 1 ripe pineapple
- 1 lime
- Step 1 Cut the pineapple in 4, remove the skin and the rough core. Thinly slice the quarters with a slicer or with your bread knife. Save as much juice as possible and spread evenly on your serving dish. Grate the lime zest over it and add the lime juice. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.
