Mini goat cheese apple & honey tart

Prepare this recipe with children. Baking is fun and it can be frozen.

Mini Goat Cheese Apple and Honey Tart

Easy to make but a little time consuming


  • one puff pastry dough
  • a large baking apple
  • fresh goat cheese
  • salt pepper
  • honey
  • thyme
  • mini tarts type Flexipan
  • rolling pin
  • Step 1 Bring the puff pastry dough out and use the rolling pin to make it as thin as possible. Use a tiny circle to size the dough and place in the mold. Preheat the oven at 180° (th. 6). Once the dough is in the mold place the small pieces of apple, a few drops of honey, the goat cheese and the thyme. Slightly add salt and pepper.
  • Step 2 Put in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Check sometimes while it’s cooking so that it doesn’t get too golden. Once cool, the tartelettes can easily be frozen or kept in the refrigerator. To heat up put in the oven at a temperature of 100°. Serve as appetizer.
