A light and festive dessert, very easy to prepare.
Isabelle's Vanilla Mango Mousse
The choice of an elegant glass wear will give this light and colorful dessert a festive look.
- 10-15 white fresh almonds and/or cashew nuts
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 TBS honey
- Step 1 Mix the chilled mangoes with the vanilla pod seeds, add just a little bit of water. Roughly grind the almonds and the cashew nuts. Slightly roast them in a skillet until golden, add the honey and stir with wooden spoon for about 30 seconds. Remove from the stove.
- Step 2 Pour the mango mousse in the verrines or elegant glass wear and add the nuts mixture as a topping. Place in the refrigerator before serving.
