Gorgonzola cheese and fig toasts

For the blue cheese lovers, this warm fingerfood is amazing .
- one slice of gorgonzola cheese
- 3 figs
- black pepper an chives (optional)
- white toasts, and or French baguette
- Step 1 Heat the oven at 220° or thermostat on 7. Spread the cheese on thin slices of bread. Place on your baking sheet ( aluminium foil or wax paper). Put a slice of the fig on top of the cheese, season with a bit of fresh pepper from the mill. Let it bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Add a small piece of chive on each toast if you wish and serve immediately.
