Ingredients
  • one slice of gorgonzola cheese
  • 3 figs
  • black pepper an chives (optional)
  • white toasts, and or French baguette
Directions
  • Step 1 Heat the oven at 220° or thermostat on 7. Spread the cheese on thin slices of bread. Place on your baking sheet ( aluminium foil or wax paper). Put a slice of the fig on top of the cheese, season with a bit of fresh pepper from the mill. Let it bake for 3 to 4 minutes. Add a small piece of chive on each toast if you wish and serve immediately.
