Ingredients
  • 300 g vanilla ice cream
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes
  • 30 g vanilla sugar
  • 370 g chilled low-fat milk
Directions
  • Step 1 Pour all the ingredients in your Thermomix and mix 1 minute speed 7. Serve immediately in large glasses with a straw.
  • Step 2 If you use another type of food processor, don’t put ice cubes.
  • Step 3 If you whip it manually, it will take 3 to 4 minutes. In that case, the ice cubes will chill the preparation while you whip it, but just remove them before serving.

Good to know!

It’s up to you to evaluate the ratio milk/ice cream you prefer as the thickness of your milkshake will vary according to the type of ice cream your use. In the summertime, I advise you to place your glasses in the freezer a few minutes before serving.
