Please do not share with anyone under the legal age for alcohol and drink responsibly. Pimm's liqueur is very popular in the United Kingdom. You can use lemonade instead of champagne for a classic and cheaper cocktail. Then, it's called the Classic Pimm's. You'll find it in pubs but also in many summer sporting events, festival and weddings in Britain.

Ingredients
  • 750 ml/26fl oz champagne
  • 250 ml/9fl oz Pimm's N°1
  • 1/2 cucumber, roughly chopped
  • 200 g/7 oz strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 200 g/7 oz blueberries
  • handful mint leaves
  • 1 lemon , sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • ice
  • paper straws
Directions
  • Step 1 Wash and drain the fruits. Place all the ingredients, except ice and champagne, in a large bowl or directly in glasses if you have enough place in your fridge. Allow to stand in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours before serving. Then just topp with ice, add the paper straws and drink!
