Tips and tricks
You need a 30 minutes-freezing time for the carpaccio. It needs to be prepared at the last minute and with help of 2 extra hands. The main dish needs 30 minutes of your time but it can be prepare ahead and gently reheated if you prefer. As you will make the dessert the day before, it will give you plenty of time to concentrate on the rest of the menu.
