- 3 ounces Apérol
- 3 ounces dry Prosecco
- 3 ounces sparking water
- orange slice
- a dash of Angostura Bitters
- Step 1 Simply fill a wine glass with ice, pour in the Aperol, add an equal amount of Prosecco, pour in sparkling water a dash of Angostura Bitters and a slice of orange. Enjoy!
