Very easy to prepare, you just need a five-hour marinating time for the carrots. Do try it!<\/p>\n        <p class=\"recipe-author\">By: <span itemprop=\"author\">Chantal<\/span><\/p>\n        <div class=\"row\">\n          <div class=\"col-md-5\"><div class=\"recipe-ingredients list-show-bullets\">\n        <h5>Ingredients<\/h5>\n        <p>THE PICKLE<\/p>\n<p>200ml of water<\/p>\n<p>90g caster sugar<\/p>\n<p>125ml white wine vinegar<\/p>\n<p>3 TBS red wine vinegar<\/p>\n<p>1 TBS coriander seeds<\/p>\n<p>1 pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p>1 fresh dill stem<\/p>\n<p>400g small carrots<\/p>\n<p>THE DIP<\/p>\n<p>250g feta cheese<\/p>\n<p>75ml milk<\/p>\n<p>125g Greek yogurt<\/p>\n<p>Zest and juice of \u00bd a lemon<\/p>\n<p>1 TBS za\u2019atar and extra to sprinkle on top<\/p>\n<p>1 bunch of fresh parsley or basil<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n      <\/div><\/div>\n            <div class=\"col-md-7\">\n        <div class=\"recipe-directions\">\n            <h5>Directions<\/h5>\n            <ul>\n                                <li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\" itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/HowToStep\">\n                    <span class=\"step\">Step 1<\/span>\n                    <span itemprop=\"text\">Peel or thoroughly brush the carrots.<\/span>\n                <\/li>\n                                <li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\" itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/HowToStep\">\n                    <span class=\"step\">Step 2<\/span>\n                    <span itemprop=\"text\">Put them in a large pan along with all the pickle ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Let the preparation cool down and place it in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.<\/span>\n                <\/li>\n                                <li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\" itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/HowToStep\">\n                    <span class=\"step\">Step 3<\/span>\n                    <span itemprop=\"text\">Blitz all the dip ingredients, except for the oil and a bit of za\u2019atar saved for decoration, in a food processor until smooth. Check the taste and adjust if necessary. Store in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, drain the carrots and cut in small logs if necessary. Place them around the dip.
