Remove the sardines bones, squeeze two lemons and pour the juice over the sardines. Add salt and pepper. Pour all these ingredients in a mixer and mix. Try and season to your taste, add more lemon if necessary. Put this preparation in a nice serving bowl and set in the refrigerator. Before serving, chop a few chives stems on the sardines and prepare some toasts or fresh baguette.
