It works as well.<\/p>\n        <p class=\"recipe-author\">By: <span itemprop=\"author\">Chantal<\/span><\/p>\n        <div class=\"row\">\n                <div class=\"col-md-5\"><div class=\"recipe-ingredients\">\n          <h5>Ingredients<\/h5>\n          <ul>\n                            <li itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">600 gr squash peeled, deseeded and cut in cubes<\/li>\n                            <li itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">2 garlic cloves<\/li>\n                            <li itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">2 normal shallots<\/li>\n                            <li itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">2 lemongrass sticks, finely sliced<\/li>\n                            <li itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">2 TBS sunflower oil<\/li>\n                            <li itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">a thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger, peeled. Can be grated or finely sliced<\/li>\n                            <li itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">1 small red chilli deseeded and roughly chopped<\/li>\n                            <li itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">3 TBS of soy sauce<\/li>\n                            <li itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">a big handful of fresh coriander <\/li>\n                            <li itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">salt and pepper<\/li>\n                            <li itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">400 ml light coconut milk<\/li>\n                            <li itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">400 ml vegetable stock<\/li>\n                            <li itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">a handful of cashew nuts, toasted and crushed<\/li>\n                            <li itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">lime juice to taste<\/li>\n                            <li itemprop=\"recipeIngredient\">one TBS per bowl of omega mix (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseeds)<\/li>\n                        <\/ul>\n      <\/div><\/div>\n                  <div class=\"col-md-7\">\n        <div class=\"recipe-directions\">\n            <h5>Directions<\/h5>\n            <ul>\n                                <li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\" itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/HowToStep\">\n                    <span class=\"step\">Step 1<\/span>\n                    <span itemprop=\"text\">Heat the oven to 200\u00b0 (th.6). Toss the squash with the oil, shallots, ginger, lemongrass, roughly chopped chilli and garlic in a roasting tin. Cover tightly with foil and roast for one hour until tender.<\/span>\n                <\/li>\n                                <li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\" itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/HowToStep\">\n                    <span class=\"step\">Step 2<\/span>\n                    <span itemprop=\"text\">Put half the vegetables in the coconut milk, cover and blitz until very smooth. Pour into a large pan over a low heat. Bring to a boil the vegetable stock and the coriander then blitz the remaining vegetable mixture with it. Add this to the preparation stir well and gently bring to a boil, stirring often. Simmer gently tor 5 minutes, season to taste with soy sauce, pepper salt and lime juice.
