Beat egg yolks and sugars until all the sugar has dissolved and the yolks are pale and fluffy. Add mascarpone to the mixture and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Set aside. Prepare a cup of strong coffee or expresso . Let it cool.<\/span>\n                <\/li>\n                                <li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\" itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/HowToStep\">\n                    <span class=\"step\">Step 2<\/span>\n                    <span itemprop=\"text\">Clean and dry your whisk. Beat the whites with the mixer and a pinch of salt until they form stiff peaks. They should hold their shape when you lift the beaters from the bowl. Using a large spatula, add both mixtures and gently fold them in lifting from bottom to top like when you make a chocolate mousse.<\/span>\n                <\/li>\n                                <li itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\" itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/HowToStep\">\n                    <span class=\"step\">Step 3<\/span>\n                    <span itemprop=\"text\">In a nice glass baking dish, arrange some of the boudoir-biscuits in single layer. Soak all of them quickly in the expresso mixture before. Spread a layer of cream on top, add another layer of boudoir-biscuits, another layer of cream and so on.
